What is deleted

• Your sign-in, name, email address, phone number and profile photo.
• Your phone's sign-in and notification settings.
• Your wallet is closed.

What we keep

• Records of past payments, top-ups and withdrawals, and the identity details used to open your wallet, for as long as Nigerian financial regulations require. They are stored securely and not used for anything else.
• Driver and vehicle registrations made at an Easy Waka office.

Your wallet must be empty first. Drivers can withdraw their earnings; anyone can spend their balance or send it to another Easy Waka wallet, or contact support to have it refunded.
